About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead all day to day field operations from project startup through closeout.
- Manage project schedules and coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Coordinate inspections and maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Partner closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, owners, architects, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead subcontractor meetings and maintain clear communication across all trades.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and project records.
- Drive a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor or comparable construction experience.

- Uprite Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee ground up commercial and industrial construction projects throughout Southern California.
- This individual will be responsible for managing all field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- The ideal candidate has experience working for a general contractor, excels at leading field teams, and has a strong background in commercial construction.
- Experience with tilt up construction is highly preferred.
