About the role

  • We're looking for a driven, AI-native Business Development Manager to build and scale our outbound motion.
  • You'll lead a team of Business Development Representatives while partnering closely with Marketing and Sales to generate qualified pipeline across strategic and enterprise accounts.
  • You'll develop repeatable outbound strategies, coach your team to consistently exceed targets, and leverage AI to modernize how pipeline is created.

Responsibilities

  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives.
  • Create and execute outbound strategies that generate qualified pipeline across strategic and enterprise accounts.
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Account Executives to execute coordinated account-based campaigns.
  • Stay deeply familiar with Stuut's platform, ideal customer profile, and evolving product roadmap to help your team create relevant, high-value conversations.
  • You thrive on coaching others and building a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • You have experience leading or mentoring Business Development Representatives in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • You have consistently exceeded pipeline generation or sales development goals.
  • You are AI-native and actively use AI to improve prospecting, research, outreach, and team productivity.
