Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative, creative sourcing methods to build robust pipelines of active and passive executive talent across the Fortune 1000+ space.
- Partner with Compensation, People Services (PS), and Operational Leadership to identify trends and create overall staffing strategies utilizing workforce planning.
- Manage complex behavioral-based interview processes and coordinate interview rounds.
- Maintain weekly hiring and candidate communication on status updates, and actively participate in intake and recalibration meetings to ensure the highest quality of candidates are identified.
- Manage search agency relationships and support the hiring process when external partners are utilized.
- As an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have the opportunity to build and shape a best-in-class executive search function, including talent intelligence, branding, candidate experience, and talent assessment.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in executive-level recruiting.
- Proven success as a relationship builder with the ability to have a long-lasting impact shaping the future of a leadership team.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday) and advanced recruiting databases/technologies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with an acute ability to communicate effectively and exhibit executive presence at the VP, GVP, and C-Suite levels.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in a related area is strongly preferred.
Compensation
- The Salary Range for the role is $70,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year.
- If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
