About the role
- Purpose of the position The Program Coordinator will provide case management services for program participants in EO's Project Health initiative.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Position type and expected hours of work Employee should be able to work core hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional meetings, events, and possible emergencies outside of core hours.
Responsibilities
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the project and how it fits into the portfolio of EO grants and projects
- Attend professional development related to, and maintain appropriate certifications for project implementation
Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.
- The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
- The employee must be able to drive for an extended period of time.
- Certificates, l icenses, r egistrations required
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from accredited four-year college or university
- Maintain record-keeping in multiple systems and formats to track all required data points for program participants
