About the role
- RNWBL is seeking an experienced Wind Turbine Technician II to join our site operations team in Canada.
- This is a site-based position responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of utility-scale wind turbines.
- As a Wind Turbine Technician II, you will play a critical role in maximizing turbine availability, reliability, and performance while ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with all company, client, and regulatory safety requirements.
- Collaborate with fellow technicians and site leadership to minimize downtime and support operational goals.
- Perform repairs, component replacements, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure proper care of company tools and equipment.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems and turbine monitoring platforms.
- Experience on GE, Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, Nordex, or other utility-scale wind turbine platforms.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent.

- Preferred Technical, trade school, military, or vocational training.
