About the role

Responsibilities
- Provides support to the sales process in presentation of these programs and advises accounts on programmatic changes needed based on data collected.
- Partners with internal and external stakeholders to design and enhance condition-specific strategies and integrated care solutions that improve member experience, clinical outcomes, and overall program effectiveness.
- Engages and collaborates with providers to continue to build out and strengthen our COE network for condition specific solutions.
- Develops relationships with regional care management groups and works with them to improve operational interfaces.
- Serves as a subject matter expert and trainer on care management operational issues in support of our end-to end, whole person condition specific solutions.
- This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance.
Requirements
- BS in nursing or other related clinical area and minimum of 6 years related experience including program development, marketing, and clinical practice
- Familiarity with internal UM and CM systems.

Compensation
- For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $115,200 to $198,720
