About the role
- We are seeking an experienced multi-state licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide telehealth care for patients seeking evidence-based weight management treatment.
- You will independently evaluate patients, review clinical information, determine medical necessity, and prescribe when clinically appropriate under applicable state laws.
- This is an ideal role for NPs who value autonomy, flexibility, and participation in a structured but scalable telehealth model.
Responsibilities
- Prescribe and manage treatment plans in compliance with state regulations
- Document encounters accurately within the EMR
- Maintain adherence to telehealth, prescribing, and documentation standards
- Collaborate with care coordination teams to support patient success
- Administrative and operational support
- This role is designed to support compliant, ethical, patient-first care delivery.
Requirements
- Active licensure in 30+ U.S. states (required)
- DEA registration where required
- Experience in obesity medicine, metabolic care, or GLP-1-based treatment
