About the role

This is a hands-on role requiring a blend of creative content production and tactical strategy.

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media calendar across all primary platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Monitor social trends and implement relevant tactics to maintain brand relevancy.
Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company at local community events, trade shows, and networking functions converting event engagement into a measurable pipeline of new leads.
Maintain the hotel's business listings (i.e. Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor, Expedia) to ensure information accuracy and high engagement.
Manage and facilitate high-profile media visits, influencer stays, and promotional events to ensure all touchpoints align with brand standards and maximize PR value.

Experienc e: 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the luxury hospitality or lifestyle sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools, basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), mobile video editing, and SEO and CRM Software.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Toronto luxury market and current digital marketing trends.
Attributes: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a "hands-on" approach to project completion.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to cover weekend or evening events as needed.
A portfolio or examples of previous social media work and content creation.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
