Maintain facilities and inventory by keeping shops organized, stocking parts, and ensuring all amenity areas remain clean and operational.
Provide resident support through professional communication, addressing complaints, delivering notices, and assisting with resident events.

Refrigeration certification (Type II or Universal) required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
Ability to move heavy equipment such as appliances, laundry machines, building materials, and amenity equipment (often 100-300+ lbs), including up stairs when required.
Comfort working at heights and in varied conditions while performing repairs, upgrades, and resident service tasks using ladders and other equipment.
Prepare vacant units by completing all tasks required to make apartments rent‑ready.
