Responsibilities
- Manage hot-shot drivers in a manner that will deliver the best and most efficient hot-shot service possible.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of the geographical area
- Ability to multi-task

- Regularly required to stand, walk, hear, talk, and use hands to grasp and handle objects.
- Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Excel.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must work effectively in a team environment
Nice to have
- Previous experience in telephone and dispatch operations preferred

- Wait on and assist all walk-in customers by providing each customer with courteous service and information to satisfy their battery need(s).
- Follow-up with largest customers weekly to ensure customer satisfaction and battery supply is adequate.
