About the role

  • We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr.
  • Staff Accountant to join our growing team.
  • We're looking for an energetic and organized accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Support external audit processes, including preparing work papers and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited four-year college or university required
  • 1+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally with exposure to real estate or solar energy project fund accounting.
  • Ability to be a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively collaborate with other business functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience with Microsoft BusinessCentral or Dynamics 365 is a plus.
