Responsibilities
- Availity partners with various organizations, both locally and nationally, to raise awareness, funds and morale as our staff members volunteer their time and funds to engage the organizations campaign.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including experience building and operating production systems
- 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams and working effectively across organizational boundaries
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts and decisions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience owning and evolving core data or platform infrastructure at scale
- Experience improving engineering productivity through standards, tooling, and automation
- Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.
