About the role

Foresight Construction Group is seeking a methodical, detail-focused Project Manager to oversee large-scale institutional and commercial projects ranging from $5M-$50M.
In this role, you'll ensure projects are delivered with safety, accuracy, and financial control - from planning through closeout.
This role is for a disciplined leader who thrives in structured environments, values precision, and takes pride in seeing complex projects well executed.

Lead project delivery with discipline: Manage contracts, budgets, and schedules with accuracy and consistency.
Plan and control schedules: Build detailed project schedules, track milestones, and proactively adjust to keep work on time.
Manage cost and risk: Oversee job cost reporting, forecasting, and profitability analysis with strict accountability.
Drive safety and quality: Enforce rigorous safety standards and ensure all work meets technical and compliance requirements.
Coordinate stakeholders: Maintain clear communication between owners, architects, trade partners, and internal teams.
Qualifications 10+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up builds.
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage details and documentation.
