About the role
- The Corporate Controller is responsible for the company's accounting practices, internal controls, regulatory compliance, maintenance of its fiscal records, and the preparation of financial reports.
- Oversees general accounting, property accounting, cost accounting, and regulatory reporting across the company's multi-entity, multi-location operations.
- Responsible for planning and execution of external financial and operational audits.

- Handles the accumulation and consolidation of financial data for internal and external financial statements
- Responsible for month-end and year-end close of income statement and balance sheet, account reconciliations & G/L analysis
- Oversees the production of monthly financial reports
- ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles
- Plans and directs all accounting operational functions
- Guides all operations, including accounts payable, billings & collections, and payroll
- Responsible for all bank/treasury functions, which include approving cash disbursements, handling letters of credit, and debt/covenant reporting
- Assists in formulating and maintaining the Department budget.
