Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office operations to maintain an efficient, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Support hiring managers with onboarding activities and new team member administrative processes.
  • Provide administrative support to clinical staff through preparation of correspondence, forms, reports, and summaries.
  • Maintain census information and related program records.
  • Foster positive and professional relationships with referral sources, clients, team members, and community partners.
  • Supervise team members and provide leadership support when assigned.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in office administration, office management, or related administrative functions.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Management, Business Administration, Health Management, or a closely related field;

Nice to have

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and program operations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required.
  • Successful completion of background screenings, including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks.
  • Physical Requirements
  • Utilize repetitive hand, finger, and arm movements for typing, writing, and other office-related tasks.
