About the role

Requirements

  • Experience in HR software, HCM, or a similarly complex B2B product environment

  • Use learner feedback, completion data, and business outcomes to iterate and improve content
  • Proficiency with at least one major authoring tool (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - you'll be working closely with non-L&D people constantly

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge.
  • Salary information is determined by market location and is provided in accordance with state and local pay-transparency laws.

As our first dedicated Instructional Designer, you'll take the deep product knowledge and training expertise that lives inside our team and turn it into scalable, high-quality learning experiences for our people and our customers. You'll work across the full design lifecycle - from needs analysis and content strategy through to building, launching, and iterating on programs. This is a hands-on role with real creative ownership and genuine influence on how learning works at Asure.
