Responsibilities
- Team Leadership - Build, manage, and develop a team of high-performing engineers, providing mentorship and career development while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with product, design, and technical writing teams to define the roadmap and drive execution.
- Quality & Operational Excellence - Establish and uphold best practices to maintain a high-quality bar for all deliverables, ensuring reliability, scalability, and usability.
- Experience - 5+ years of engineering management experience, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- AI & Data Expertise - Strong background in AI, ML, and data-driven products, with experience building and scaling intelligent applications.
- SaaS & Enterprise Experience - Proven ability to deliver SaaS-based enterprise software solutions at scale.
- AI-Driven Development - Passion for integrating modern AI tools to optimize development workflows.
Requirements
- This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, strategic leadership, and the ability to foster an engineering culture of innovation and excellence.

- Technical Proficiency - Deep knowledge of modern technology stacks, including cloud infrastructure, container orchestration systems, TypeScript, React, and related tools.
