Responsibilities

  • Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions manages a growing portfolio of Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, and IHG hotels across the United States.
  • We believe finance leaders are strategic business partners who help drive exceptional guest experiences while maximizing hotel performance.
  • This is a highly visible executive leadership role responsible for overseeing all hotel accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and compliance while partnering closely with the General Manager and corporate leadership to drive profitability and operational excellence.
  • The Director of Finance serves as a strategic business partner and plays a critical role in supporting operational decision-making, financial performance, and long-term business success.

Compensation
