Strong expertise in enterprise risk management frameworks, risk analytics, dashboards, key risk indicators, and executive-level reporting.
Proven ability to conduct enterprise scenario analysis, emerging risk assessments, and forward-looking risk evaluations.
Strong understanding of financial services risk practices, regulatory expectations, and governance requirements.
Experience translating regulatory and legal requirements into practical processes, controls, and operational workflows.
Ability to communicate complex risk topics clearly with executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, judgment, and ability to influence across multiple functions and reporting lines.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

advanced degree such as an MBA, MS, or equivalent preferred.
Significant experience within the mortgage, financial services, capital markets, or related regulated industries strongly preferred.
Experience managing SOC 1 and SOC 2 reviews, committee governance, or similar oversight activities is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), or Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) are preferred but not required.

Competitive salary range of $236,500 to $267,750, based on qualifications, experience, skills, and internal market alignment.
