- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive matters involving student-athletes
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree
- supplemented with one year of related experience
- previous collegiate coaching experience preferred
- ability to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends.
Skills
- Prior coaching experience required
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize, and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills required for working with diverse groups
- Strong written communication skills; excellent organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail
