About the role

  • - The Snack Bar Attendant supports on-course food and beverage operations by preparing and serving snacks and beverages while providing friendly, attentive service and keeping the snack bar organized and ready for service.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily snack bar operations through setup, service, clean-up, and closing tasks as assigned.
  • Prepare and serve snacks and beverages, including grilling and rotating items such as hot dogs and brats to maintain quality and freshness.
  • Maintain inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate shortages or discrepancies.
  • Support overall Food & Beverage operations as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Clear and effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Minimum availability of three full eight-hour shifts per week, including either Saturday or Sunday, with flexibility based on operational needs.
  • Professional demeanor and dependable work habits.

Nice to have

  • Greet guests promptly and provide courteous, guest-focused service.
  • Accurately handle cash and card transactions, including end-of-shift cash handling and reporting as needed.
  • Keep the snack bar, equipment, and surrounding service areas clean, organized, and ready for service throughout the shift.
  • Respond to guest questions or concerns and involve a supervisor when appropriate.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible service expectations at all times.
  • Must be at least 18 years old by the first day of employment.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • High school diploma preferred.
