Responsibilities
- As the Scenario Design Enterprise Lead on our team, you'll lead and advise the client in the planning, development, and execution of all fictional aspects of exercises throughout the operations process.
- You will design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding your team.

- Oversee the client to prepare doctrinally correct Higher Headquarters OPORDS, including all annexes and targeting information, and develop new operational environments when directed, including country studies, maps, orders of battle, and simulation databases.
- To support engagement and effective communication, employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings.
Requirements
- Experience as a former field grade officer
- Experience serving in a key developmental position at the brigade or battalion level
- Knowledge of Army and Joint regulations and doctrine
- Ability to travel both CONUS and OCONUS up to 30% of the time
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in the military or supporting the DoD, or Master's degree and 8+ years of experience in the military or supporting the DoD
- Experience serving as a military officer such as a colonel or above
- Experience serving in a division or corps-level staff position
- Experience with Constructive Simulation Models such as the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) or Warfighters Simulation (WARSIM)
- Experience working with the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP)
- TS/SCI clearance is required.
Compensation
- Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
- The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
- The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
