About the role
- Please note, this is not a recruiting or HR position.
- Reporting to the VP of Talent Management, this role will serve as a senior leader within the organization, managing a strategic roster of creators while mentoring Talent Managers and Senior Talent Managers.
- This role is fully remote for candidates outside of Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and support Talent Managers and Senior Talent Managers, helping elevate performance through coaching, guidance, and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with the VP of Talent Management to implement team initiatives, best practices, and operational improvements.
- Manage a strategic roster of high-profile digital creators and influencers.
- Develop long-term growth strategies that maximize creator revenue and career opportunities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with brands, agencies, platforms, and industry partners.
- Partner with creators to develop new IP and business ventures from concept to execution.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM management, pipeline reporting, contract execution, payment tracking, and campaign oversight.
- Partner closely with Business Development, Client Services, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, and Leadership to deliver exceptional creator experiences.
- As a full-service creative partner, we combine strategy, creator management, media amplification, and technological innovation to deliver content that moves culture and drives results for our clients.
- You'll help elevate team performance, establish best practices, and partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional results for both creators and brands.
Requirements
- 6+ years of talent management, creator representation, influencer marketing, or related experience.
- Proven success managing a creator roster generating $200,000+ in monthly GMV.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading high-performing talent management teams.
- Proven track record of signing and retaining high-caliber creators.
- Ability to balance day-to-day execution with long-term creator growth strategies and business development.
- Deep knowledge of the creator economy, social platforms, influencer marketing, and digital culture.
Skills
- Negotiate complex brand partnerships, long-term collaborations, licensing opportunities, and other revenue-generating initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to grow your roster and expand Pearpop's creator network.
- Share market insights and contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen Pearpop Talent's business.
- Act as a key representative of Pearpop Talent through thought leadership, cultural moments, and industry events.
Compensation
- Salary: $150,000-$175,000 plus an uncapped commission model.
