It is most common for new hires to start near the midpoint of the range, allowing room for growth as employees develop in their role.

Typically, 2-4 years of experience in professional software development, with a focus on delivering quality code to production.
Some experience with backend (Node/TypeScript), frontend (React), and/or cloud architectures (AWS) - we don't expect you to know all three.
We recognize that experience and impact can vary across engineering levels.

The annual base salary for this position is expected to fall within the following ranges, depending on level, experience, and demonstrated technical depth:
Level II (typically 2+ years of experience): [$79,800-$148,200 annual base salary]
