Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, military studies, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in business development, capture, or growth leadership within the defense sector
Demonstrated experience in DAF, DoD, or federal defense markets, with direct relevance to C3BM, C2ISR, ES, and modeling, simulation, and training
Proven record of identifying, shaping, and winning new business opportunities
Strong understanding of the defense acquisition process, budgeting environment, and customer decision cycles
Ability to communicate complex technical and operational concepts to internal and external stakeholders
Ability to travel as required
Demonstrated ability to influence requirements and shape acquisition priorities
Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) platforms preferably SalesForce
