Requirements
- 2+ years prior Staffing/ Recruiting Experience with an I.T. focus (hiring Engineers, Developers, Technicians, etc.)
- Must be a fast-paced individual that is able to work on several projects simultaneously
- Whether you are seeking a position with a small office or a Fortune 500 company, the importance of the process remains the same.
Nice to have
- Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) required Avionte Bold preferred
- Associate's Degree or higher or comparable related experience preferred
Compensation
- $60k-$70k
Benefits
- $60,000 - $70,000/year Start Base Pay DOE (Flexible for the right person)
- Generous Bonus/Commission Plan
