Training assignments include instruction on hardware and software products, systems, and solutions.

Assess audience needs and deliver course curriculum that meets user and field service requirements within the product release schedule.
Support the development of training materials for operator, administrator, and maintenance courses.

Associate degree in a technical discipline or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
1 or more years of experience delivering technical training courses.
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
Strong understanding of software principles and techniques.
Ability to travel, including some international travel.

Experience with or knowledge of the card personalization industry.
Experience supporting Entrust products and solutions.
Multilingual capability.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $76,126-$111,651 per year (in the primary posting location).
Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience.
This position is also eligible for the company's discretionary annual incentive plan.
Note: Benefit and Compensation programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
