Lead multiple projects simultaneously across departments, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget
Own end-to-end project delivery: planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
Drive process improvements through process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis
Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in

4+ years of project management experience
Proven track record of improving business processes and implementing changes into products or operations
Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technical stakeholders

hands-on experience implementing AI into products or processes with measurable results
proficiency in no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, etc.)
Our process may include one-way video interviews, behavioral assessments, and timed cognitive tests.
