- Execute and provide technical support to Alfa Laval's industrial customers, including commissioning, installing, testing, repairing and maintaining industrial separators, decanters, and heat exchangers.
- Perform condition monitoring and energy audits on products, modules and systems at customer site.
- Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problems.
- Train customers on product features.
- Communicate sales opportunities to sales organization.
- Prepare service and product related documentation.
- Train and mentor junior technicians.
- Remote work authorized from anywhere in the continental US.
