About the role

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced senior leader to join Cboe Global Markets as Vice President, Global Head of Access Services, based in our Chicago or New York office.
  • The VP will serve as the senior global voice on behalf of the access services product suite across all Cboe exchanges and geographies.
  • The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial self-starter who embodies an innovative and creative business-focused mindset principled by integrity, technical depth, and sound commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, network vendors, financial institutions, trading firms, and technology partners.
  • Define and implement a comprehensive access services product strategy fully aligned with company goals and objectives across all Cboe geographies, including North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
  • Develop complex pricing models incorporating multiple variable inputs and outputs to fully assess the business impact of changes to the access services portfolio.
  • Lead and direct high-value access services projects across Cboe Global Markets, ensuring the launch of commercially successful products by directing internal stakeholders across the organization to deliver on time and on budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

  • Establish and oversee product delivery roadmaps, business development efforts, financial analysis, and performance metrics for all access services products.
  • Direct financial forecasting, budget processes, revenue projections, and business trend analysis for the global access services business.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management and the Board as required.
  • Identify and assess new access services product ideas, market opportunities, and gaps, driving product roadmap development based on detailed analysis, research, customer feedback, and internal collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert on all access services product offerings, including physical connectivity, logical connectivity, and all associated policies and pricing.
  • Proven track record in business strategy, product strategy, product management, and project management at a senior level.
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and senior business management experience.
  • Domain expertise in exchange connectivity products, order entry connectivity, wide area network infrastructure, and cloud-based connectivity solutions.

Compensation

  • The national new hire base pay range for this job in the United States is $256,700-$317,100 per year.
