- You'll work closely with the engineering and product teams to understand customer needs and translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions.
- Note: This role is remote-friendly but candidates must reside in the U.S. Pacific Northwest- ideally Oregon or Washington Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Responsibilities
- As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Pacific Northwest territory.
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, integrators, and channel partners
- Lead the entire sales cycle-from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing
- Collaborate with the technical team to tailor demos, proposals, and solutions for each customer
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in robotics, industrial automation, or related technology fields
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of automation technologies, robotics integration, and industrial workflows
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Nice to have
- Existing network of contacts within manufacturing or automation sectors
- Experience selling complex capital equipment or SaaS-based automation platforms

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
