About the role
- The Project Management Senior role will be part of the Risk Strategy Execution team within the Single-Family Credit Risk Management Division!
- The position will be responsible for the management of significant projects (e.g., strategic change management, new business and product initiatives) within the Credit Risk Management area.
- This person will work on multi-disciplinary projects and require a broad knowledge of the firm and its key functions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, OR equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of professional, related experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
- Ability to work independently while driving and managing assignments from concept through deployment/launch.
- Ability to support multiple concurrent high priority projects in various capacities
- Strong verbal and written skills, including the ability to facilitate effective meetings and to develop and deliver presentations/materials to various levels of audiences
- Project management experience using standard project management tools
- collecting, writing, and maintaining requirements
- maintaining action item, issue, and risk logs
- managing reporting and facilitation of effective project team meetings
- Understanding of Freddie Mac business and Single Family Acquisitions

Compensation
- This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $108,000 - $152,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
