About the role
- Execute the ministry's marketing and communications strategy.
- Coordinate photography, video, storytelling, and media opportunities.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communications.
Responsibilities
- Manage website content and social media.
- Develop newsletters, campaign materials, donor communications, and ministry resources.
- Support locally hosted fundraising events such as Trivia Nights and church-led initiatives.
- Support church engagement opportunities and community presentations.
- Manage donor acknowledgements and stewardship communications.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate combines strong marketing and communication skills with exceptional organization, initiative, and a heart for Christian ministry.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, public relations, event management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Technology Experience
- Experience with, or willingness to learn, the ministry's software platforms, including:
- Google Workspace
- Google Business Profile
Skills
- Maintain donor database accuracy and generate reports.
Compensation
- Maintain the annual marketing and fundraising campaign calendar.
- Coordinate the Bill Morgan Golf Scramble, Annual Benefit Dinner, and other ministry events.
Visa & Work Authorization
- Coordinate volunteers, vendors, sponsorship recognition, event communications, and logistics.
