Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of raw material, WIP, and operational structures/systems.
- Lead cycle counts and ensures inventory accuracy across facilities.
- Manage Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory and utilization strategies.
- Month‑End Close - Support month‑end and year‑end close activities, ensuring deadlines are met, accounts are reconciled, and variances are properly analyzed.
- Forecasting & Budgeting - Assist in developing forecasts, budgets, and financial models to support strategic planning.
- Audit Support - Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors, prepare audit schedules, and ensure timely completion of audit requests.
- Process Improvement - Evaluate current accounting workflows and implement enhancements to streamline operations and strengthen reporting.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Partner with Operations, HR, and leadership to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills - Demonstrates excellent communication abilities via email and phone, maintains a positive, team‑oriented attitude, and collaborates effectively across departments.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail - Maintains a high level of accuracy in all financial data, reconciliations, and reporting tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an Accounting

Compensation
- Perform the annual inventory cost roll.
