Responsibilities

  • Prepare accounting transactions and maintain records, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with US GAAP.
  • Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in the design and maintenance of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to drive efficiency and accuracy in compliance with US GAAP.
  • Support end-to-end process optimization and automation initiatives that measurably improve operational efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support system enhancements, workflow automation, and data quality improvements.
  • Assist in developing cross-functional relationships with stakeholders, including FP&A, Procurement, Operations, Treasury, Internal Audit, and other business partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience with agentic AI and LLM tools (Copilot / Claude), JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Essbase, Hyperion, Blackline, Power BI, and/or Alteryx preferred.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with digital technologies and their impact on the record to report process including analytical tools, close and reporting tools, and ERP systems.
