About the role
- Draft, edit and publish social content tailored to LinkedIn and Instagram, ensuring all posts are aligned with the firm's voice, tone and brand standards.
- Translate complex legal and business topics into clear, concise posts and short-form copy that resonate with varied audiences.
- Contribute to the development and management of the firm's social media editorial calendar, including tracking deadlines, inputs and approvals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the brand content team to develop and execute storytelling messages and content ideas, bringing the firm's brand narrative to life through social media features and campaign concepts.
- Design social media graphics using Adobe Express templates, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across all visual content. Liaise with the design studio on bespoke graphic and video needs.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Express or similar template-based design tools for producing on-brand social media visuals.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and provide consultative guidance regarding content strategy, social media communications and audience engagement.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least four years of relevant experience supporting social media content and publishing, preferably in a professional services or regulated environment.
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram content
- familiarity with additional platforms a plus.

- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly in short formats.
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment, including accuracy, confidentiality and brand consistency.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate data, trends and audience insights to inform recommendations and decision-making.
- Collaborative working style and the ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with social media publishing and scheduling tools and basic content workflows.
- Engage with social listening tools to potentially flag any firm news to wider teams.
