About the role
- Business Enablement is responsible for leading modernization initiatives across the CFO group.
- The team is responsible for the testing and implementation of system updates and enhancements to various finance, accounting, tax and procurement systems.
- Position acts as a business expert on systems and processes in financial processes providing guidance and feedback on use of system and processes to associates.
Responsibilities
- Supports the implementation of new or updated financial systems, including the building, testing, and training phases. Implement minor system improvements in assigned area to improve system efficiency or reduce errors.
- Provides support to end users on system functionality. Makes recommendations for process improvements based on system usage.
- Conducts ongoing system maintenance and reporting. Supports monthly and quarterly reporting for finance teams.
- Identifies process improvements for assigned automated financial information systems. Provides escalated support to end users.
- Utilize data visualization platform to create interactive dashboards

Requirements
- Full time student pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date of December 2027 - May/June 2029.
- Proficiency working with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
- FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

- Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration majors preferred
- Cumulative grade point average of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scale

Compensation
- $25.00 per hour for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
- $25.00 per hour for the location of: Washington, D.C.
- $25.00 per hour for the location of: New York, California
- This job is eligible for overtime pay.
- Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.

- Role Summary
- Rowe Price internship program includes a formal orientation, peer and senior mentor assignments, and formal learning opportunities.
- In addition to the work assignments within the assigned department, interns also gain exposure to associates and senior leaders across the firm through an executive speaker series, networking and social events, and engagement with our Business Resource Groups.
- The Business Enablement internship works to implement minor system enhancements in Oracle modules in support of the Accounting and Reporting teams to improve system efficiency or reduce errors.
- This internship will provide students with an opportunity to participate in the design, testing, implementation, and evaluation of system enhancements or new systems.
