About the role

Implement and monitor quality control, safety, and environmental programs.
Perform quantity surveying, quantity review, and system input.
Set up and maintain filing systems, document control, and daily communication with site superintendents.
Maintain as-built drawings, budgets, and cost forecasts.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (Engineering, Purchasing, Estimating, Construction, etc.).
Post-secondary education: Diploma or BSc Degree in Engineering, Construction Coordination, or Forestry is an asset.
Applicants must hold a valid Class 5 Driver's License and be legally permitted to work in Canada.
Required Skills:
The Project Coordinator will work at various project sites across Canada, often on a fly-in-fly-out basis. LOA is provided no none camp jobs.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with clients and coworkers.
Customer-focused with a keen eye for quality and prioritization.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in technical skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Location and Work Schedule:
The Project Coordinator will work at various project sites across Canada, often on a fly-in-fly-out basis.
LOA is provided no none camp jobs.
Typical work rotation: 21 days on, 7 days off.
