About the role

Responsibilities
- Cleans, inspects, and maintains kitchen equipment and work areas (10%)
- Coordinate and perform the set-up and clean-up of preparation, production, service areas, and equipment (10%)
Requirements
- Six months of food service experience in a professional setting
- Weekend and evening availability is required with a tentative schedule of Tuesday - Saturday - 12:00pm-8:30pm and 11:00am-7:30pm (Saturday)

Nice to have

- ServSafe Certification, Food Handler or Manager certification
