Requirements
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer support or sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice to have
- Research complex domestic and international tax matters, monitor legislative developments, and communicate the impact of tax changes to leadership and business stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in international tax provisions and ASC 740 global tax accounting is required.
- Eight or more years of experience in public accounting, industry, or a combination thereof, with a strong emphasis on accounting for income taxes and tax provision work.
- Strong working knowledge of ASC 740, deferred tax accounting, FIN 48 uncertain tax positions, tax-related internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience supporting multinational organizations and collaborating with global stakeholders on complex tax matters and reporting requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex domestic and international tax concepts into actionable business recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- CPA certification or active pursuit of a CPA is strongly preferred.
Compensation
- The U.S. base salary range for this position is $126,700.00 - $190,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job.
