About the role

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in handling corporate legal matters in a fast-paced, global environment.
This is a fully remote role based in the Canada.

Corporate Governance & Documentation Draft and prepare corporate legal documents, including board and shareholder resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, officer certificates, and corporate authorizations.
Maintain and update minute books, corporate records, statutory registers, and organizational charts for U.S. and foreign entities.
Compliance & Internal Support Support corporate compliance efforts, audits, due diligence, financing, and M&A-related activities.
Coordinate signatures and facilitate document circulation and approval workflows.
Assist Legal Counsel with legal research, document organization, and preparation of reports or internal summaries.
The Corporate Paralegal will support the Legal Department in managing corporate governance, entity maintenance, documentation, and compliance for our U.S. and international subsidiaries.
As we continue to expand internationally, we are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support our legal operations across multiple jurisdictions.
Role Overview The Corporate Paralegal will support the Legal Department in managing corporate governance, entity maintenance, documentation, and compliance for our U.S. and international subsidiaries.

2+ years of experience in corporate law, legal operations, or in-house legal support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal/document management tools.
Manage the execution, notarization, apostille, and legalization of documents where required.

Preferred: Experience working with multinational entities (e.g., Canada, Europe, Middle East, APAC).

Entity Management & Filings Coordinate annual filings, state registrations, incorporations, dissolutions, amendments, and other corporate changes across multiple jurisdictions.
