About the role

This position is based from our office in Chevy Chase, MD and will require some travel to our offices in Chantilly, VA as needed. (Hybrid requirement-2-3 days onsite per week)
Serve as the primary point of contact for end user technical issues
Provision hardware including laptops, printers, telephones, and other equipment

Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems
Document IT processes and maintain accurate asset inventory
Provide end user training and support
This role combines hands-on hardware and software support with systems administration, asset management, and user training.

Individuals who do not meet these criteria must be eligible to obtain the necessary authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
2-4 years of experience providing end user technical support
Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and macOS operating systems
Experience managing users and groups in Active Directory and Office 365
Experience using MDM platforms such as ManageEngine, Intune, or similar
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with PowerShell or other scripting tools
Familiarity with AWS
Excellent customer service and communication skills
CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience
Interest in branching into security, cloud, or development
