About the role
- Position Summary: The General Manager is the expert on all things Kith within their store.
- They are focused on consistently providing the best-in-class customer experience, as well as achieving operational excellence.
- The General Manager is confident in driving results both through delegation and follow-up, as well as leading by example.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage and oversee all daily business matters of their assigned store.
- Drive best-in-class service through all levels of their staff.
- Partner with all leaders in their building, including Food & Beverage leadership to ensure efficiency across all aspects of the business.
- Support Operations team to ensure the consistent execution of all operational processes.
- Efficiently communicate with all HQ business partners including but not limited to the Executive team, Human Resources, Buying & Allocation team, and Visual Merchandising team.
- Partner with the Security & Facilities Manager to ensure a consistent safe working & shopping environment is provided, while maintaining compliance with all legal requirements.
- The General Manager is the ultimate team leader, who is comfortable in all areas of the store and is always ready to jump in and support their staff.
- Consistently utilizing their advanced business acumen, they partner with all appropriate business partners to drive business results that are in the best interest of the brand.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a High-Volume/High-Traffic customer-facing management role
- 4+ years of retail/apparel operations experience
- 3+ years in leading a team of managers and supervisors
- 2+ years leading a commission-based sales team
Skills
- Advanced business acumen for proper sales and payroll forecasting
- Thorough communication
- Effective delegation and follow up
- Comprehensive Computer skills. Including but not limited to Google Suite, Microsoft Suite and Point of Sale systems
- Ability to lift and move 25lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
Compensation
- $115,000-$120,000/yr
