About the role

- This is a process-driven, deployed role for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with Python, and takes pride in running pipelines reliably day after day, while representing our platform to some of the most creative AI companies in the world.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage human preference evaluation studies, including study design, participant management, and quality control
- Manage the end-to-end pipeline, from prompt execution through to published results
- Maintain documentation of processes and configurations
Requirements
- Strong Python proficiency and comfort working with complex codebases you didn't write
- Hands-on experience working with AI model APIs, ideally image or video generation APIs (OpenAI, Google, Black Forest Labs, or similar)
- you can trace issues across APIs, data pipelines, and code
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience managing research studies, data collection pipelines, or crowdsourcing platforms
- Experience with image or video generation models (e.g. Sora, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, FLUX, Runway or similar)
- Background in data analysis or research operations
- Familiarity with human evaluation methodologies or preference-based ranking systems
- Experience in B2B SaaS or developer tools
