About the role

Aechelon Technology, Inc. is a leading producer of 3D simulator content, including Geospecific visual/sensor databases and realistic 3D models.
The Product Manager's role is to work with internal and external stakeholders to guide the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our advanced flight simulation solutions.
This individual will be instrumental in defining and executing product initiatives across our high-fidelity visual systems, ensuring our offerings meet rigorous military standards and evolving customer needs.

Own the full product lifecycle of Aechelon's simulation or synthetic data solutions, from concept to delivery.
Guide development of work plans by prioritizing backlogs to deliver features on schedule.

6+ years of product management experience.
Experience with image generation systems, real-time graphics, or synthetic environments.
Experience with creating synthetic data environments for use in training AI/ML models for autonomous vehicle testing.
Bachelor's degree in a related field
United States citizenship is required due to restrictions on access to certain data.
Experience across cloud and on-prem software as well as hardware products (ideally that utilized sensor technology
Familiarity with military training and simulation requirements (e.g., FAA Level D, Navy TCTS II, Army Synthetic Training Environment).

$140,000 - $190,000 USD per year.
The above range is specific to CALIFORNIA and may not be applicable to other locations.
The pay scale for this role is between $140,000 - $190,000.
Final compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
