Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in backend application development using Java.
  • Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE development.
  • Strong experience with Redis for caching, data storage, and performance optimization.
  • Experience working with High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments and performance-critical applications.
  • Knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and distributed computing concepts.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and messaging systems.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and performance tuning.

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with large, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
