Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field as outlined in the essential duties
  • Understanding capacity limitations and the ability to accurately forecast when work will be completed.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's in relevant field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Agile methodology and frameworks, to include Scrum and Kanban.
  • Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Possession of Scrum Master certifications (e.g., Professional Scrum Master - PSM-1).
  • Knowledge of change management and associated best practices.

  • Establish Ways of Working standards for the assigned Scrum Teams including Scrum events, Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, etc.

Compensation

  • $76,000.00 - $125,000.00
  • The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis.
