Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field as outlined in the essential duties
- Understanding capacity limitations and the ability to accurately forecast when work will be completed.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's in relevant field.
- Demonstrated understanding of Agile methodology and frameworks, to include Scrum and Kanban.
- Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Possession of Scrum Master certifications (e.g., Professional Scrum Master - PSM-1).
- Knowledge of change management and associated best practices.

- Establish Ways of Working standards for the assigned Scrum Teams including Scrum events, Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, etc.

Compensation
- $76,000.00 - $125,000.00
- The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis.
