Bachelor's Degree in related field as outlined in the essential duties
Understanding capacity limitations and the ability to accurately forecast when work will be completed.

Bachelor's in relevant field.
Demonstrated understanding of Agile methodology and frameworks, to include Scrum and Kanban.
Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
Possession of Scrum Master certifications (e.g., Professional Scrum Master - PSM-1).
Knowledge of change management and associated best practices.
