About the role
- This position is primarily responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of the Financial Planning Group maintaining consistency and compliance with WM's strategy and philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Provides support and resources for planners to reach their own and the organization's revenue and client experience goals.
- Advocates Financial Planning's role and value with internal business partners and centers of influences.
- Provides perspective of the discipline and supports executive leaderships goals.
- Manages a client book of relationships and assists Wealth Advisors and internal business partners in the role of Wealth Strategist within the assigned region.
Requirements
