Responsibilities
- The team develops, deploys, and supports plant-floor systems that enable the Ford Production System, digital birth certificates, and product quality assurance worldwide.
- We are committed to innovation, AI, and emerging technologies that deliver faster, high-value manufacturing solutions.
- You will serve as a change agent, build a high-performing team, drive enhancements, and ensure 24x7 support within the Manufacturing business unit.
- This role supports the production and quality of vehicles and components across Ford's global Vehicle Assembly and Powertrain facilities.
