About the role

Service and repair HVAC systems: Analyze system issues and identify appropriate repair courses of action; prepare written work cost estimates and customer recommendations.
Work Environment: Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces.

Work collaboratively and support various business needs.

Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members.

The ideal HVAC Service Technician candidate should have exceptional customer service and HVAC service experience.
This role reports to the Service Manager.
Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime.
2-5 years' experience (installation experience plus) as an HVAC technician.

Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Analyze system issues and identify appropriate repair courses of action; prepare written work cost estimates and customer recommendations.
Maintain truck inventory.
Ensure necessary tools and equipment for each job are present.
Operates hand and power tools and vehicles.

$75,000 - $120,000 USD
